Alice In Wonderland
Recently, I downloaded this ebook "Alice in Wonderland", and started reading it, purely out of boredom.. and to my utter astonishment, if I were to leave my mind on my work table.. the story was absolutely awesome.. But don't forget that this movie is a fantasy world for a girl who is barely 10 .. (Actually in the movie, she has been shown elder than portrayed in the original story, but then i haven't fully read the book yet..)
All in all a really good movie..
Johnny Depp (Hatter) is not there to do some serious acting, he is there because no one else does unconventional roles better than him.. and the Helena Bonham Carter (RED QUEEN) was awesome in her role.. You might recall her from the only female wizard in the Vol DeMort's group, in Harry Potter series..

Reign of Assassins (Jianyu)
It definitely is an elegant, finely-crafted and often painfully romantic adventure. The movie is pure action and a brilliant example of good movie creation and direction (remember John Woo and his Mission Impossible series). You would certainly enjoy every monent of it..
THE BEST PART IS WHEN OUR MOST UNEXPECTED HERO TURNS OUT TO BE THE REAL HERO .. THAT WAS AWESOME...
It is set in ancient China and (Michelle Yeoh) Zeng Jing belongs to a sect of assassins known as the Dark Stone and is a skilled assassin herself. And because of a bad incidence in which she loses her lover while escaping with a most sought after artifact (Buddha's remains).. she begins a quest to return the remains to its rightful resting place, and thus places herself in mortal danger because a team of assassins from "Dark Stone" is in a deadly pursuit to possess the remains which holds an ancient power-wielding secret.

Ramayana - The Epic
Ramayana is the most wonderful indian animation movie yet. Of course, indian cinema's prowess in animation movies is still in its infancy. But, Warner Bros. seems to have sucessfully directed this movie into a contemporary animation.
I just loved the movie though by the time it was ending, i wondered why would they skip so many of the scenes which could have been an awesome addition to the movie's fantastic depiction of fight scenes etc.. i especially missed the Meghanad's fight with Laxman.
Nonetheless, a must watch for anybody who has even the slightest inclination for Rama or animation or action..
